Dr. Ezinne Eze-Ajoku is a management consultant, healthcare strategist, and business transformation expert with extensive experience advising organizations on strategic growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion. She currently works at A-connect, leading strategic initiatives in business transformation, and previously served as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she advised C-suite leaders across industries on optimization, go-to-market strategies, and large-scale transformations.

Her expertise in healthcare policy and strategy includes serving in the Office of the Minister of State for Health in Nigeria, where she spearheaded national quality improvement programs and governance reforms. As an Advisor at the Health Strategy and Delivery Foundation, she played a key role in developing Nigeria’s first National Quality Healthcare Strategy, collaborating with cross-sector stakeholders to enhance healthcare delivery nationwide.

Ezinne holds a Doctor of Public Health in Health Management & Leadership from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, an MPH in Health Policy & Management from Harvard University, and an MBBS from Igbinedion University, Okada. She also earned an Executive Certificate in Healthcare Leadership and Management from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
