Uzo Osikhena is a seasoned healthcare leader with a proven record of driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and high-impact partnerships across North America, Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa. She is the Managing Partner at The Lisben Group, a boutique consulting firm specializing in healthcare strategy, process optimization, and strategic alliances. Her career includes leadership roles such as Deputy Director for Africa at Aspen Management Partnership for Health (AMP Health), where she collaborated with Ministries of Health to advance universal health coverage, and Senior Program Manager at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, leading transformative health interventions.

Earlier in her career, Uzo held consulting and leadership positions at Accenture, advising global organizations on strategy and large-scale program execution, alongside roles at Endeavor, URL Pharma, Stryker, and Black & Decker. Her experience spans both public and private sectors, with a focus on improving healthcare delivery, scaling impactful programs, and guiding organizations through complex market challenges.

Uzo holds an MBA from The Wharton School, where she served as President of the Wharton Africa Student Association, and a B.Sc. in Marketing from the University of Delaware. Her leadership is underpinned by a deep passion for improving healthcare systems, building cross-sector collaborations, and creating solutions that address pressing global health needs.
